12″ Filipino/Jamaican Black Curly 3C/4A Hair (Virgin)

I have been growing my hair for 3.5 years. I shampoo and condition it about twice a week. After washing, I apply natural leave in conditioner while my hair is still damp; free of parabens, dyes, fragrances, and with the primary ingredients being shea butters or other natural plant oils. I do not iron, curl, or dye my hair and I have only had the ends trimmed once (January 2023). I live a healthy and active lifestyle; weight lifting, eating a wide variety of organic foods, and drinking antioxidants/vitamins/minerals everyday. I do not smoke tobacco or drink alcohol. My hair is styled in a loose ponytail the majority of the time. At night I wrap my hair in a pineapple using a silk scarf, covered with a bonnet on top. At the longest point, my hair is approximately 15 inches in length (curls extended). Shortest point is approximately 10 inches (curls extended). Ethnicity wise; my father is Jamaican/Peruvian and my mother is Filipino. Hair type is between 3C and 4A.
