I have very healthy, Virgin hair. I take care of my body through proper exercise, sleep, and a healthy diet. I do not smoke or abuse alcohol or other drugs. My hair is strong and luscious. I shampoo and condition my hair with only safe, natural products that are free of harmful chemicals once per week. I only use heat on my hair once or twice per year on the holidays.
