I wash every other day with Hempz or Biolage shampoo/conditioner. My house has a water treatment – hair is washed in filter/softened water. I eat a healthy diet including healthy fats like avocados and eggs. I also take daily fish oil and calcium supplements. I consume about 60 to 120oz of water daily. Daily drink shakeology shakes for superfoods and workout. Non smoker. Hair is usually up in a twist or bun. Can grow hair longer if buyer is wanting a longer length.
