Thick, fine golden-brown hair with natural highlights. Never dyed or chemically treated. I use heat treatments and blow dryers about twice a year. I wash 2-3 times a week with clean shampoo and conditioner. I deep condition 2-3 times a month. I eat a plant-based diet – probably don’t drink as much water as I should but try to stay hydrated.
