Hair grown for 2 years and 8 months with two trims in between. Never dyed. Non-smoker. Washed 2-3 times a week with all-natural shampoo and conditioner. Products used: sea salt spray (seldom), hair spray (rare). Braided on occasion; the braids would stay in for up to a week. Worn either down or in buns.
