I don’t smoke or drink, and I wash my hair everyday using Shiseido Salon Program Shampoo. I have started to use hair serum recently, and apply it every 3 days. Minor split ends. I have never bleached or dyed my hair. However, it thins out near the end and becomes lighter naturally.
