My hair is a little over 20″ inches (50cm) of cuttable length. (It’s up to about 23″, but my natural growth isn’t perfectly even/straight, so we’ll average it to around 20 inches.)
The color is a Medium Golden Brown, I do have a very small amount of grey evenly distributed, however it is mostly located around my sideburns and crown. (Which are areas a buyer would not be purchasing.)
I am a 33 Year old Male, I do not Smoke or Drink.
I mainly eat a Paleo diet of Fruits, Meats, Vegetables, eggs, nuts and seeds.
My hair has never been Bleached, Dyed, or Permed.
My hair has not been exposed to high temp treatments as it has never been ironed, straightened or curled.
On rare occasions I do blow dry it on low heat settings. (Maybe once or twice a month if I am running late and need to more quickly dry my hair.)
Otherwise I let it air dry.
I do not use hair sprays, hair mousse, or styling gels.
I Shampoo it only twice a week.
I mainly use Sulfate and Phosphate Free Argan Oil Shampoo’s, Conditioners, and leave in conditioners.
I also apply hair oils to the ends to help reduce frizz and damage. Additionally once a month I use Coconut Oil as a hair mask.
I will note once a month or so when my hair gets too heavy from natural oils, I will use a stronger shampoo to remove some of the proteins that is weighing it down.
My hair is always pat dried, never rubbed, and I try to always sleep on Satin Pillow Cases to reduce damage.
Some areas of my hair does have very minor split ends, as I only trim it once or twice a year, and it hasn’t been trimmed in the last 4-5 months.
But I will be including some extra length to compensate for the natural/uneven growth, as well as any desired split end removal.
I have included pictures of my hair freshly cleaned so you can see how it natural sits, as well as with some oils for straightness comparison.
