Hair details:

* 6-inch thickness circumference

* Never blow-dried, applied heat to, dyed, or treated with chemicals.

* I do not smoke nor drink.

* I consume a nutrient-rich diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids. I also take vitamin supplements.

* Once a week I deep oil my hair. I wash my hair twice a week with shampoo and hair conditioner. I oil the ends of my hair every night before sleep. And loosely braid it and wear a silk bonnet to sleep. I also have a silk pillowcase.
* I wash my hair with products that have NO parabens, sulfate, paraffin, phthalates, mineral oil, DEA, silicone, or petroleum. I rinse my hair twice with shampoo, focusing only at the roots. And once with conditioner, focusing throughout my hair. The shampoo and conditioner I use is from the brand Kerastase.
* Following an air dry I apply a light amount Kérastase Elixir Oil treatment. I apply this hair oil every night before sleep without fail.
* I trim my hair by 2” every three months to maintain the quality of my ends.
 I barely wear my hair in a ponytail, but if I do. I make sure to wear the ponytail loose.
* I am not open to cutting my hair shorter than the length provided no matter the price.
