I do not smoke or drink alcohol and my hair has always been very well taken care of. It has never been chemically treated and I avoid using heat on it. I’m a very healthy eater and wash my hair 2-3 times a week using coconut shampoo and conditioner. Also, I use bi-weekly treatments of coconut oil. 3.25 inches thick at the top, 3.0 at the middle, and 2.5 at the bottom. Hair has been trimmed recently so split ends are very minimal if any.
