I put about 12 to 14 hair bands every morning to start my day. After shower I let it dry on its own. To sleep I put bout 5 to 7 hair bands so it won’t tangle. I never have died my hair. It’s strong and silky. I don’t loose much like others do. I eat healthy no alcohol or smoke. I groom it evry 2 months never have split ends. I rarely brush it because it won’t tangle with bands on must of my day.
