Black hair, 31” long

My hair is below my waist and 31′ long, and 4.5″ wide when tied up.
I have never colored / highlighted it or used chemicals on it or permanents, I never blow dry it, I let my hair air dry, I don’t flat iron it and I don’t usually tie it up or pull it.
I wash it every 2-3 days with sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, I use conditioner from mid-lengths to ends, I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, I eat a healthy diet.
