I usually shower daily but wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner once every 3 days. I’ve been using unscented shampoo and conditioner from the earthling co for over 6 months. Over the winter I used a conditioner mask but ended up stopping that treatment because it made my hair too greasy. I do not smoke. I have not used any heat treatments like a curling iron or blow drier for over a year as well as any other products.
