Heat is rarely used on it. I wash it twice a week and let it air-dry, never blow-dry. I have not colored my hair. Completely virgin.
Monat products used on it. Always high quality and healthy products.
I don’t smoke nor do I drink alcohol. I live a healthy and clean lifestyle of exercising 5 days a week and picking carefully the foods I put into my body. Making sure all are organic.
