I have Curly Virgin Red hair with natural blond highlights. It does get a little curlier when it is shorter than what the photos show. The curls are always even, never kinky or frizzy. I wash my hair 2-3 times per week with DevaCurl or other non-paraffin products. It has never seen a blow dryer since I allow it to dry naturally every time I wash it. I take multivitamins daily. My niece calls my hair Mermaid hair because of the curls and color.
I have never smoked and live in a smoke-free home. I work in the fitness industry so keep very active and never eat anything out of a box.
