I have always had long straight hair, which I take the time and care to protect. My hair is not color treated and I rarely apply heat. For maintenance, I wash it 2-3 times per week, using a hydrating shampoo and conditioner and I apply a leave-in conditioner after each wash. A shine spray is applied once per week.

I keep a healthy lifestyle. I do not smoke and mostly keep to a vegetarian diet. I enjoy 1-2 alcoholic drinks per week.
