I go in for sports, I go to the gym all the time.
I maintain a healthy diet. I do not smoke. I do not drink.
I work as a handyman indoors. I do not come into contact with harmful substances,
the work is related to mechanical production.
I completely wash my head as it gets dirty, but at least once a week.
The hair has not been dyed and has not been exposed to prolonged sun exposure.
I grew my hair first from the top, then started on the sides.
Got two braids.
