No smoking, no drinking, no medications. healthy nutrition. Years ago I used Redken Shades EQ, a temporary coloring product. I have done no coloring for 2 years. When I used to straighten, it easily straightens very flat and shiny (no heat styling for years). I wash 1x per week usually & regularly condition/treat. I do have some natural white strands close to the scalp, but brown toward the ends. Very slight wave, which easily straightens with just brushing. I usually wear up in a bun for work (indoors) in a soft scrunchie. Ends could use a trim. Actual length is more like 26-28″ depending where I end up cutting.
