Red/blonde hair , natural wavy, 17 inches + some already cut

Natural red wavy hair sun lightened it, so its a very light red now, no dye, wash hair once a week, not a smoker, or heavy drinker. Fine hair. Have used coconut oil on it and apple cider vinegar rinses. Hair is twice as long than photo shown.
