When I was 13 I put highlights in my hair, and that was the last time I put chemicals to it. I’m 23 now. I do not put any heat to it, i oil it, and comb it nightly. I’m currently in the process of getting my washing routine down. My hair is very naturally oily so for a long time I washed it nightly but im getting it down to 3 days a week now.
I do vape.
