Description: Hair has been growing for two years. Washed 2-3 times a week. Zero heat, color, perm, or chemical damage. Hair serum and conditioning mask is used frequently every wash. Hair is normally kept in a low bun and gently handled.

Lifestyle: I do not smoke. I exercise 3-5 times a week. I eat only Whole Foods – lots of veggies, fruits, fish, meat, whole grains, etc.
