I used Biotin & collagen shampoo which is extra strength, extra volume (the transparent and purple one) and the it’s conditioner. I wash 3 times per week. I don’t smoke. I usually eat tomato. Dry naturally. It’s nearly 5 inches thickness. From 19 years old girl. The hair is soft.
