Boys straight virgin blonde hair, 25-26”

My 13 year old son has grown his hair for the last 4 years and wants to shear it to get some money . This is the second time he has sold his hair .
It has never been dyed , straightened, blow dried or curled.
He washes and conditions it once a week and it is left to dry naturally .
He obviously lives a healthy lifestyle due to his age.
A local salon will be cutting it and photos of the process can be produced upon payment .
I would prefer to be paid via PayPal and I will send the hair via Royal Mail recorded delivery .
