I have NEVER smoked nor drank anything, mostly healthy lifestyle.

Hair-care routine:
Washing roots with shampoo twice, leaving conditioner for a few minutes from the middle of the hair downwards.
Using leave-in conditioner (keratin) on wet hair. Finishing with argan oil on the ends, going up to middle length of the hair.

I hardly ever use hair dryer. I have never really used any sprays or dry shampoos. Additionally, I wear protective hairstyles to sleep, and don’t brush my hair more than necessary. The hair don’t tangle much, and are also strong and soft.
