wavy to straight, thick, chestnut hair 20″

My hair gets washed and conditioned twice a week. When I blow dry my hair it straightens easily which is pretty cool but it takes about 30 minutes so my lazy butt hardly ever blow dries it and most of the time it’s getting air-dried. After about day 3 my hair gets a little oily so I started using Paul Mitchell moisture balance shampoo which has reduced the oiliness.
I tend to wash my hair in warm water and rinse it in cold water for 30 seconds to help with shine. I treat my ends with with an oil meant for skin and hair to keep them looking healthy.

August 2019 I had my hair lifted and died which is the only time I’ve ever had it colored. I let the dye fade over the course of a year until my hair was just blonde until October 2020 I had it cut around my ears. Since then my hair has only been cut two or three times to fix the ends and cut out the remaining bleached hair.
I’m asking 280 for my hair because my hair gets lots of compliments on how healthy it looks and while it’s not virgin hair almost all of it has been removed and grown back by now.
