REMEMBER ME? 18 inches of GORGEOUS chestnut hair

THIS HAIR SOLD FOR $800 IN 2017 in less than two months of being posted! (The two pictures of me in the barbershop with the braids are from my 2017 sale/cut, I just wanted to show how many braids my hair makes!)

Stunningly healthy light brown hair – all one length! I farm my hair with selling it as my end-goal! I eat a very healthy and varied diet paying special attention to my b vitamins, iron, and vitamin d intake, and my hair shows it! Never in my life have I gone to a hairdresser without at least one comment on how gorgeous & healthy this hair is. I try to keep it out of the sun & ponytail elastics as much as possible and put it in oversized clamps to keep breakage to a minimum. This hair has been pampered consistently with coconut oil. Until just recently, I applied Vo5 Hairdressing (which is now discontinued) before and after showers & brushing to keep snags & knots from ruining all of my hard work. For the last few months I have been using high-end Aveda shampoo and Biolage conditioner — YOU CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE! I have been spending my evenings in front of the tv clipping out individual split ends one by one. My husband does smoke, but he is only home in the evenings, and I attribute my “stink-free” hair to washing it only 3-4 times per month. I believe the natural oils keep the smoke from permeating the shaft.

Unfortunately, this go around, I am unable to list my hair as virgin. I moved from the high planes to a swamp (a beautiful swamp!), and if I don’t blow dry my hair, the cuticles open up and never dry out, leaving it in worse shape than if I had blow-dried it. THE GOOD NEWS is that I use a high-quality humidity-resistant serum by Paul Mitchell called “Super Skinny” that protects my hair while I blow it out with a vented paddle brush and sandalwood wide-toothed comb. I try to alternate between braiding and blow drying my hair after washing to keep damage at bay.
