TYPE: Darker shade of wavy to curly blonde with natural highlights. Relatively thick. (4″ circumference in a pony tail.)
CARE: Washed with shampoo and conditioner every 5-6 days (winter) or every 3-4 days (summer).
TREATMENTS: Hair has not been dyed or treated with any chemicals. I have never blow dried or straightened it, or used any other heat treatments.
HEALTH: I drink occasionally but don’t smoke (not tobacco or cannabis) or take drugs. I eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, and nuts almost everyday. I take a daily fish oil supplement which gives the hair a shiny luster.
